Rosana Caraccia is a worldly person of diverse cultural background. Born in Venezuela of Italian parentage with family all around the world, in Italy, Switzerland, Venezuela and the USA.
Rosana knows first hand that no matter what part of the world you are in, your home is your sanctuary. Rosana's passion for finding and making a home coupled with her love for architecture and transforming spaces led her to the world of the Real Estate profession, which she began in 2002. Rosana is a full time real estate agent licensed in Louisiana with a B.A. degree in Communications and an A.D. degree in Fashion Design. Rosana's work experience includes managing her family business, later managing her own business as a Fashion Designer followed by becoming a licensed Real Estate agent in Miami, Florida.
Having moved numerous times, she acquired extensive experience in finding the ideal home and staging it to make the most favorable and prompt sell. Knowing the process can be challenging, Rosana's goal is to make the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
