Being born in a city as diverse as New Orleans, Gino, an eighth generation New Orleanian, began his love affair and fascination with the history, culture, and architecture of his hometown at an early age. Upon completing his education at Archbishop Rummel High School, Gino attended Louisiana State University where he completed a B. S. in Animal Sciences. Gino furthered his education at the University of New Orleans, earning his Masters in Business Administration. Gino is a member of the Louisiana Landmarks Commission, active in New Orleans Carnival, and attends art, antique, and history symposiums, both locally and nationally. For over ten years, Gino has helped manage a very progressive small animal practice on beautiful Magazine Street with a client base in the upper 10,000s. Gino cultivated his competitive edge from growing up in a large family of football players; he attributes his attention to his clients' needs to his decade-plus tenure providing compassionate healthcare to New Orleans' four-legged family members. He credits his growing knowledge of local real estate to his family's successful business ventures and real estate developments. Having a strong interest in fine and decorative arts, antiques and collecting, Gino came to realize the Sotheby's approach and long standing care for superior offerings and their global reach made Dorian Bennett Sotheby's International Realty his first choice. Gino resides in uptown New Orleans where he enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending local cultural happenings, studying historic preservation, collecting, and traveling.
