Congratulations to Dorian M. Bennett of Dorian Bennett Sotheby’s International Realty for selling 1400 Gov. Nicholls Street. This totally renovated 6-plex in clean and well maintained condition in a hot neighborhood of New Orleans. TREME – for which the TV series is named. One could continue to rent this property and depend on the revenue for income, or live in one unit rent free and rent the others out for income. With some upgrades one could work towards converting this property to a condo complex.
